We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages and organizes office operations and procedures, including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll, information management, filing systems, supplies and staffing.
Orders and maintains office supplies and inventory.
Maintains office equipment; negotiates and monitors purchase and lease contracts.
Analyzes and maximizes office productivity.
Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic’s budget
We are looking for a Medical Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the medical office/hospital. MA will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.
Principal Responsibilities
Interview patients and document basic medical history
Organize and schedule appointments
Update and file medical records and insurance reports
Arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services
Assist during medical examinations
Skills
Proven working experience as a medical assistant or medical secretary
Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Certificate in medical assistance
